Conditions of use

websites. Whilst we do check each link when it is added to our website,
content may change at any time.
1. Application of these conditions of use
By accessing or using any part of BIZnessDirect.co.uk you agree to be bound by the
following conditions of use. If you do not wish to be bound by these
conditions, you may not access or use BIZnessDirect.co.uk.
We may change these conditions at any time without any notice to you.
By your continued access and use of BIZnessDirect.co.uk you agree to be bound by the

2. Copyright and database right
Except where otherwise noted, BIZnessDirect.co.uk owns legally and beneficially all
the intellectual property rights in the content of all the BIZnessDirect.co.uk web
pages (including the design, text, graphics and arrangement thereof)
and in the software used therein. Such intellectual property rights
include, without limitation, copyrights and database rights in the
information displayed as BIZnessDirect.co.uk Search results which are extracted from
a compilation owned by Oranda Design.
3. Permitted uses
No materials from BIZnessDirect.co.uk may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, broadcast,
shown or played in public, republished, uploaded, posted, stored,
transmitted or distributed in any way or adapted or changed in any
way.
We cannot take responsibility for email communications that may be
sent from the use of this site. Please consider this when you place
your email address on your business entry.
4. Payment Security
BIZnessDirect.co.uk use the payment service provider Paypal
and NoChex
to process all our online payments.
BIZnessDirect.co.uk never receive any of your payment details.
Your credit card / debit card statement will display Paypal or NoChex
(depending upon the provider you choose) for any transaction undertaken
through BIZnessDirect.co.uk.

5. Refunds / Cancellations
BIZnessDirect.co.uk do not provide refunds on any advertising space that has been
paid for. You enter into the agreement that you are contracted to
the advertising time length that you pay for on registration within
BIZnessDirect.co.uk. You can cancel your advertisement at any time but will not receive
a refund for the outstanding time not used.
